As the Regional Manager - Home Care (RMHC), you will be responsible for the effective management of our clients' programs, including human, financial and material resources.
You will identify and implement strategic opportunities for all programs, foster a safe workplace for staff and volunteers, and plan, coordinate and deliver a high standard of care for clients consistent with company values.
Importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are consistent with relevant sector legislation, quality frameworks and funding guidelines.
You will lead, mentor and coach staff to achieve strategic goals, work collaboratively within a team environment and ensure a solution-focused mindset to actively problem solve and make suggestions for emergent issues and improvements.Ideal ExperienceKnowledge and experience managing Community Programs.Demonstrated experience driving high performance and managing Community Program performance.Demonstrated experience leading a diverse team of people - both day to day and remotely.Demonstrated ability to respond and adapt to competing priorities whilst working unsupervised.Exceptional knowledge and application of Aged Care legislation, specifically in Home Care services.Bachelor of Nursing (or similar) (Desired).Qualifications in management/leadership (or demonstrated experience of at least three (3) years).MandatoryThis is a permanent, full-time position that will require travel once a month to various office locations.
You will be based out of head office and flexible work arrangements are supported.
