Regional Manager - Home Care

As the Regional Manager - Home Care (RMHC), you will be responsible for the effective management of our clients' programs, including human, financial, and material resources. You will identify and implement strategic opportunities for all programs, foster a safe workplace for staff and volunteers, and plan, coordinate, and deliver a high standard of care for clients consistent with company values. Importantly, you will be responsible for ensuring that services are consistent with relevant sector legislation, quality frameworks, and funding guidelines.
