Take charge of a dynamic regional team and shape the future of retirement outcomes for thousands of Australians. You'll lead an 8-person team across your region, driving strategic partnerships with universities, Catholic education offices, and other professional services industries. Developing and executing strategic account plans for key partnershipsDriving business development initiatives in aligned services sectorsManaging relationships with key EmployersImplementing and refining our tiered service modelCollaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance employer experiencesAbout you
You're a seasoned people leader who excels at balancing strategic vision with operational know-how. Your strength lies in building and nurturing relationships across complex stakeholder environments, while your coaching mindset enables you to develop high-performing teams.
