You will mentor senior staff, sustain teams, lead projects, and manage regional performance. Using strengths-based case management, quality care and tailored supports, teams will enable people and their families / carers to resolve challenges, build resilience and achieve their aspirations. You will partner with stakeholders to support community building and regional initiatives focused on building safe, inclusive, and thriving communities.About YOUThe right candidate will be a highly capable and recognised leader in human services with extensive experience in casework, service coordination and operational management. Continuous improvement, collaborative approaches, social justice, and effective stakeholder engagement are in your DNA.You understand the challenges, opportunities and what it takes to strengthen service systems and provide quality supports in regional areas. You respect lived experience, value diversity, understand the issues that impact Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and are skilled at navigating complexity.RemunerationIn return for your drive, commitment, and contribution you will be part of an innovative organisation and join the Anglicare NT Leadership Team where shared decision-making is valued.
