The Regional Manager has a vital role in supporting the delivery of clinical services to the West Kimberley region of Western Australia.About the roleThis role is responsible on a day-to-day basis to support the executive management team in maintaining and improving clinical service delivery in the respective regions.This role is a key leadership position within Boab Health Services.
The Regional Manager (0.5 FTE) will take up an additional 0.5 FTE clinical caseload in one of the following positions:Diabetes EducatorPodiatristHealth NavigatorMental Health Professional – with a background in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Aboriginal Health Worker/Practitioner.About youWe are looking for someone who has great communication and negotiation skills, is highly organised, is a team player, can problem solve, and has a can-do attitude.Ideally, you will have some post-registration experience with leadership.
Your experience, compassion, and motivation to collaborate with Aboriginal people and in rural and remote mental health care will be highly regarded.
