ABOUT US Lake Imaging, part of the Integral Diagnostics Group, provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to private hospitals, public hospitals, community-based clinics and specialty centres.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual with a background in radiology to join our team as the Regional Manager for the Ballarat region.
ABOUT THE ROLE As the Regional Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the Lake Imaging Operations team and hold a critical role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our imaging services.
You'll be responsible for managing the deployment of personnel and equipment, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the highest standards of imaging performance.
Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to ensure optimal integration of services and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Staffing & Resource Management: Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet service needs, including managing rosters and recruitment processes.
Compliance & Accreditation: Maintain all necessary licences, registrations, and accreditations, ensuring compliance with both state and federal regulations.
Vendor & Equipment Management: Oversee equipment lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal, ensuring all equipment is compliant and operational.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Collaborate with the General Manager, Operations Manager and Finance to develop and manage budgets, while also participating in major projects and growth initiatives.
Leadership & Development: Lead and support the technical teams, ensuring staff are trained, competent, and working according to company protocols and policies.
Risk & Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor risk and quality processes in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
ABOUT YOU To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications: Degree qualifications in Medical Imaging (Radiography or Sonography) and relevant Business/Management qualifications.
10+ years' experience in a Radiology practice, with strong working knowledge of RIS/PACS systems.
Proven leadership skills with a holistic and inclusive approach, and the ability to manage busy teams effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
