You will also have solid experience managing a blue collar workforce and strong financial ability. You are a team player - someone who is passionate about logistics management with solid, practical skills and knowledge in developing operational performance and capability. You will thrive on balancing the immediate demands of meeting daily operational requirements with the longer-term strategy and you will demonstrate integrity, a positive attitude and strong technical skills.You will be level-headed and down to earth with exemplary standards of ethical conduct and professional judgment, coupled with a positive, resilient, curious and goal-oriented nature.
