THE OPPORTUNITY We are now seeking a Regional Lead for our WA team to lead and manage our Infrastructure Projects. Collaborating closely with our National team of Sustainability Rating experts, the role will challenge you to work across major impactful projects in WA and beyond, with a wide range of clients. 
We are looking for an individual with a strong combination of technical, strategic, and management thinking as well as effective communication skills across all mediums. In this role, you will assist leading design and construction teams in achieving and exceeding sustainability ratings, across a wide range of key infrastructure projects. Your experience and capability will determine the breadth of your responsibility. 
THE ROLE The role will involve the following: 
Managing, guiding & leading a team of super talented, high performing Consultants. The development of environmental/sustainability reporting systems (project based) Developing and updating systems to accommodate sustainability rating assessment requirements (project based) Consulting with sustainability governing bodies (ISC). Evaluation and review of key project deliverables from establishment, implementation and maintained throughout project delivery. Providing specialist sustainability advice to functional managers, particularly Design, Procurement, Commercial and Construction, to ensure sustainability obligations are integrated across all Project delivery functions. Interfacing with, and reporting to, key Project stakeholders in relation to sustainability issues Participating in environment, sustainability, design, construction, and commercial meetings as required. Implementing and delivering sustainability outcomes consistent with sustainability requirements, including IS rating requirements. Reporting on compliance and against sustainability requirements Establishing program and project controls and reporting systems across the works for sustainability performance monitoring against desired targetsThis role would suit you if you: 
Hold a bachelor's degree in Sustainability Management, Engineering, Architecture, Energy, Environmental Science, Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. Have a minimum of 6 years relevant working experience in Sustainability Ratings – Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) Ratings in particular. Hold a current Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) certification, as issued by the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) Have knowledge of Sustainability codes and standards development and implementation Good Experience in Integrated systems planning; energy, transportation, water, waste, materials. Experience with project budgeting, cost tracking, and interdisciplinary team management. Good knowledge of proposal development and management Are an excellent verbal and written communicator Have strong values in sustainable development & caring for our people & planet. This role represents a big opportunity to contribute to, and benefit from, the ongoing successful growth of this dynamic employee-owned consultancy.
