Regional Lead For Project Risk Management

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lead for Project Risk Management to join our team at Bechtel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering project risk management across a region, providing expertise, guidance, and support for risk management activities across our global business unit proposals and projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Deploy Project Risk Management Tools: Develop and deploy project risk management tools, procedures, and frameworks across projects to ensure effective risk management.Technical Responses to Proposals: Develop technical responses to proposals and consult with customer teams where necessary to ensure accurate and effective risk management.Project Risk Management Programs: Deliver project risk management programs aligned with ISO:31000 to ensure compliance and effective risk management.Risk Workshops and Reviews: Facilitate high-level risk workshops, risk meetings, and reviews to maintain participant engagement and ensure effective risk management.Risk Context and Culture: Establish a clear understanding internally and externally of risk context (project specific) and effectively interact across all layers of the project to influence risk culture.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 10 years' experience working in projects ideally within construction or infrastructure, and minimum of 10 years' experience in dedicated roles managing project risk management.Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated experience in Qualitative and a good understanding of Quantitative Risk Management, experience responding to proposal requests, and experience with software packages, including ARM.About BechtelBechtel is a global company with a long history of delivering projects in various industries, including infrastructure, construction, and engineering.
