Vivid Property Services is the commercial cleaning specialist that facility managers and procurement professionals across Australia trust to meet their cleanliness and hygiene standards.Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional General Manager to oversee our sites across Western Australia and join a growing and innovative company to expand and further develop their career.The successful candidate will provide strong leadership and management for all direct reports in line with Vivid processes and procedures and company policy. They will take ownership and responsibility for coordinating seamless shared services across the end-to-end service model, reporting on insights and ensuring consumable and equipment expenditure meets targets each month. They will work closely with their Operations Managers to ensure client engagement and contractual requirements are met while taking overall responsibility for new business through the end-to-end process.This opportunity is suitable for an energetic, highly focused professional with a "can-do" attitude, customer service focus, and a high level of initiative.Skills:Leadership and emotional intelligence skill setDemonstrated ability to develop and manage high-performance teamsDemonstrated business development skills, the ability to grow business with new clientsSelf-starter, able to monitor own work standards and manage multiple tasksEffective communicator with good interpersonal skillsHighly organised with an eye for detailSystems and process orientedAble to operate under pressure and to deadlinesResponsibilities:Accept full P&L accountability for financial management across the portfolio, including the need to meet financial targets and stretch targets in accordance with detailed budgets.In conjunction with the Business Development Team, lead BD activities in the region.Ensure sound management across all aspects of the portfolio, including transparent decision-making, record keeping, legal compliance, IMS conformance, and adherence to contractual obligations.Ensure that all workers representing Vivid are trained, competent, and adequately supervised.Ensure that all Vivid systems are used and maintained according to Vivid standards, particularly performance management, rostering, payroll, general cleaning, periodical and ad hoc works, consumables, and CleanTrak across the group.Collaborate with shared services to ensure a seamless end-to-end service model is in place at all times.Develop a One-Team culture across the group, building focus, brilliance at the basics, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, without creating organisational siloes.Take overall responsibility for the end-to-end transition of new business within the group in collaboration with the Transition team and other stakeholders.Act as a role model and provide support with the implementation of HSEQ-related programmes to enforce a positive HSEQ culture and encourage others to do the same.Understand, comply with, and remain up to date with Vivid HSEQ Policies and Procedures, including statutory obligations.Qualifications:5 years + senior management experience, directly in the cleaning industryDemonstrated financial knowledge of P&L and budgetsCommercial and contracts knowledge and experienceDemonstrated skill in developing and executing operational plansKnowledge of cleaning services, pricing, and labour modelsLarge retail and multi-site management experience highly desirableHigh-level numerical and analytical skillsCapable of documenting procedures and training system users (internal and external)Experience in the management and development of large teamsExperience in the management of contractorsUnderstanding of HSEQ systems and requirements (preferred)What We Offer:Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Competitive remuneration and use of a company vehicle.Your application will include the following questions:Are you an Australian citizen?
