Job DescriptionKey Responsibilites Include: Delivery of a WAFC developed strategic plan Provide ongoing support and education to centres and parents to enable the AFL Auskick program to run efficiently Promotion and support of WAFC school programs and competitions Develop opportunities to grow junior, youth and female club football numbers Create and maintain positive working relationships with all League and Club Committees Desired Skills and ExperienceKey selection criteria: Ability to maintain strong relationships with groups of stakeholders;Ability to work outside of normal business hours and on weekends;Strong communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations when required;Experience working in sport in similar roles; andStrong verbal communication skills and public speaking experience.A sound understanding of WA Football structure and system as well as Volunteer environments within WA Football and the knowledge of the Goldfields region would be beneficial but not essential.
