Working closely with the judiciary will not only enhance your knowledge of the legal system but also provide a rewarding experience in contributing to the delivery of justice in Queensland.About The RoleAs the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of justice services through operational leadership and management.
The position also contributes to the implementation of government and departmental priorities, including renewal and reform initiatives.
As part of the CSQ leadership group, the Regional Director will lead, develop and implement CSQ's strategic initiatives and contribute to organisational outcomes across the state.The Regional Director is responsible for leading change and ensuring the strategic alignment of their region with the overall organisational vision.The position is based at the Cairns Magistrates Court.
Travel to other locations may also be required on occasion.The role reports to the Senior Director Court Operations.
This role has four direct reports and collaborates with five other Regional Directors responsible for operational delivery, as well as the Deputy Principal Registrars for Magistrate Courts and the Supreme and District Court and other court Directors and support staff.
