The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, along with an understanding of the challenges faced by Yolngu people in remote settings. They should possess the ability to motivate staff and facilitate change in a high-pressure, culturally diverse environment. Experience in CQI management, accreditation processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal communities are essential. Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required, as well as a willingness to travel frequently to remote communities.
