With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages.As the Regional Compliance Leader for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for Amazon Flex, you will be responsible for partnering with business, legal, and public policy teams in the region to drive global policy, compliance, and change management initiatives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and influencing local and global strategies. In addition, you will assess compliance and risks issues, identify and execute on opportunities to mitigate risk through policy updates, review and manage program changes, and own regular reporting to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will propose innovative approaches and strategies throughout the business life-cycle while also being able to monitor and improve existing compliance frameworks across regions.Key job responsibilitiesDeveloping a deep understanding of the business and internal programs, processes, and systems and identifying opportunities to improve the programPartnering with stakeholders to identify regulatory, compliance, or other risks and to improve policiesReporting current state and status updates to senior leaders on a regular cadenceConsulting on potential challenges/obstacles for expansionsThinking Big - and injecting new, innovative ways of thinking into the programMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in program or project management3+ years of experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
