Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Full time Six Degrees Executive are thrilled to be the exclusive recruitment partner of Bundaberg Brewed Drinks, as they seek a Regional Brand Manager to join their Brisbane team.
Proudly Australian and family-owned, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks has built an enviable reputation for premium drinks, including their iconic Ginger Beer, both nationally and globally.
The brand has kept tradition at heart for four generations and over 55 years, brewing to traditional recipes, using time-honoured methods and the best quality ingredients.
The dynamic and fast-paced marketing team has taken the Bundaberg Brewed Drinks brand to the global stage, and with a continued presence closer to home, here in Australia and New Zealand, the Marketing team now seek a highly motivated, creative and innovative Regional Brand Manager to join them, at their Brisbane office in Coorparoo.
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone to join a high-profile, global FMCG brand, here in Brisbane.
The Regional Brand Manager will act as a custodian for all product and trade marketing initiatives for Australia, New Zealand and EMEA.
Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the NPD and EPD projects within their regions, the Regional Brand Manager will work closely with a vast network of internal stakeholders across the business, while also working closely with international agencies and stakeholders, to bring the Bundaberg story to life.
The Regional Brand Manager can also expect to:
Partner with other members of the local and international marketing team, to ensure consistency across product strategy and campaign implementationProvide expert leadership across the Stage Gate process, acting as a project manager and demonstrating strong attention to detailLead a Brand Coordinator, developing their capability through an inspirational approachCollaborate with teams cross-functionally, in particular with R&D, Sales, Innovation, Strategy & Supply Chain, on key projects, initiatives and promotionsPartner with Sales to support the development and implementation of the trade marketing strategy, including supporting across customer presentations with major retailersRequiring a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar brand marketing and NPD-centric role in FMCG, this opportunity would suit a candidate with strong communication and stakeholder management ability.
As a lean, high performance and highly collaborative business, this role would suit a candidate who is both familiar and comfortable working in a smaller team and family environment.
This role also involves some travel, to the brand's origins in Bundaberg, as well as internationally, from time to time.
