Based in our Townsville office, you will be responsible for managing reception and working closely with the Regional Manager to undertake a variety of administrative activities, including CRM maintenance, general accounts processing, events, and training support.
Is it for you?You won't be afraid of picking up the phone and will have the ability to quickly build rapport with our members.You have a genuine passion for customer service.You have strong administration skills, with prior experience working in an office environment.You're proactive and demonstrate initiative, enjoying the opportunity to collaborate with others.You're a self-starter and can work autonomously to ensure deadlines are met.You're competent in the Microsoft suite of products.You're experienced in using a CRM and/or MYOB (highly desirable).It's our brand - established in 1882 and with more than 10,000 members, we represent some of Australia's largest and most successful builders.
