Responsibilities:Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budget. Ensure delivery of projects on time, within scope with no negative deviation. Manage the contractual requirements of the project to ensure Honeywell's exposure is minimized and controlled through timely responses and internal escalation. Track the project's progress and prepare monthly progress claims and project reports for submission to the client. Identify and pursue new opportunities and convert these into variations or new orders in conjunction with local account managers and sales staff. Perform forecasting and monitor utilization of your project team resources. Ensure subcontractors are on a Health & Safety Plan and that it is reviewed and updated on a regular basis. Key Experience & Capabilities: BSc in Eng or equivalent technical or management experience is preferred. Direct Project Management history of +$3M projects. Thorough knowledge of leading and developing a project's field operation and financial management. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others. Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
