Regional accountability for assessed cost, claims management and customer outcomesNewly created opportunity within our Shannons Customer Claims structureBrisbane, Sydney or Melbourne locationAbout the role The Shannons Regional Assessing Manager is responsible for driving exceptional customer and claims outcomes for Shannons Specialist Assessing across the designated region by engaging, empowering and leading a team of Specialist Assessors to operationalise the Shannons assessing strategy. The role is responsible for defining and executing the relevant assessing strategy (predominantly managing motor claims at non-recommended repairers).
