We're seeking a Regional Area Manager to oversee our growing Toowoomba and surrounding salons.
You will be responsible for salon culture, training, success of your team and all company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has salon management experience and has retained industry currency.

Your role will include:
Managing the success of your teamEnsuring staff are happy and creatively motivatedReporting to management on salon successCoordinate and implement staff educationRoster and timesheet construction and approvalsCompany policy and procedure managementSalon and stylist success managementManaging stock control and inventory checksRelevant skills and experience
Current industry relevant skillsProblem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situationsMotivating and supportive leadership styleFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteTwo years of experience in a management position in the hair industryRelevant qualifications and experience Cert 3 in HairdressingIf this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
