Regional Area Manager

We're seeking a Regional Area Manager to oversee our growing Toowoomba and surrounding salons. You will be responsible for salon culture, training, success of your team and all company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has salon management experience and has retained industry currency.

Your role will include:
Managing the success of your team Ensuring staff are happy and creatively motivated Reporting to management on salon success Coordinate and implement staff education Roster and timesheet construction and approvals Company policy and procedure management Salon and stylist success management Managing stock control and inventory checks Relevant skills and experience
Current industry relevant skills Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations Motivating and supportive leadership style Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Two years of experience in a management position in the hair industry Relevant qualifications and experience Cert 3 in Hairdressing If this role sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
