About The Role:
The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the agricultural/rural space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas focus on maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
We are seeking a driven professional with not only highly developed commercial valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with significant experience in the agricultural/rural valuation space. Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication Current Drivers Licence What we offer:
