As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the region, including:Reception & Customer Service:Answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth.Providing accurate and sensitive information to people with disabilities, stakeholders, contractors, and the public.Event/Meeting Coordination:Organising meetings, managing bookings, sending invitations, and arranging catering.Maintenance & Procurement Support:Coordinating maintenance requests and procurement activities.Managing work orders and contractor schedules.General Administration:Handling a range of administrative tasks such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, organizing mail-outs, and maintaining filing systems.Managing office supplies, maintaining master lists and databases, and preparing ID cards.Fleet & Property Management:Coordinating fleet vehicle bookings, service schedules, and maintaining records.Overseeing property management tasks like key management, bin collections, and site safety.Work Health & Safety:Maintaining first aid kits, PPE stock, and ensuring all safety checklists are completed.Finance Support:Creating purchase orders, processing invoices, managing virtual cards, and handling petty cash reimbursements.What will you have?Experience in a similar administrative role.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and sensitively with a wide range of people.A positive attitude towards working with people with disabilities, and a commitment to upholding our Values and Code of Conduct.The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload while meeting deadlines.Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and internet usage.Independence to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.What do you need to get started?Current NDIS Workers Screening Clearance – or willing to obtainCurrent Blue Card or willing to obtain.Current CPR/First Aid CertificateNDIS Worker Orientation Module CertificateApplication Process:The position will close on the 1st of December, but we will be actioning applications as we go!
