Regional Account Manager & Technical Support
About the role This is a full-time position for a Regional Account Manager & Technical Support located in Seven Hills, NSW.
As a key member of the Pool-Water Products sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationships across Sydney and Central NSW.
In this hands-on role, you will provide technical expertise and advice to help our customers maximize the performance and efficiency of our industry-leading pool and spa products.
What you'll be doing Proactively manage and develop relationships with existing customers in the Sydney and Central NSW regionIdentify new business opportunities and secure new customer accountsProvide expert technical advice and support to customers on the selection, installation and maintenance of Pool-Water Products solutionsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and deliver localized sales and marketing campaignsGather customer feedback and work with the product team to identify opportunities for product development and improvementMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activitiesContribute to the achievement of the company's sales targets and growth objectivesWhat we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a similar account management or technical service role, ideally within the pool and spa industryStrong technical attributes, with the ability to provide expert advice and troubleshooting supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customersSelf-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving customer service targetsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutionsProficient in the use of CRM systems and other sales and marketing toolsA valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the NSW regionWhat we offer At Pool-Water Products, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
