PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Queensland who are a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry. They specialise in products such as motor oils, transmission fluids, coolants, greases, and other specialty fluids designed to improve vehicle performance, protect engine components, and extend the lifespan of machinery.
We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our client, and manage key relationships with franchisees and stakeholders in the North. If you excel at Account management, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions, this is your chance to shine in a dynamic and rewarding role.
Reporting into the General Sales Manager, As the Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the business by managing client relationships, expanding the customer base, and ensuring satisfaction within your region. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
Develop tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and operations, to deliver outstanding service.
Regularly analyze performance metrics and provide updates to senior management.

About You

Proven experience in account management, preferably within the manufacturing or franchise/retail industries.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Willingness to travel within QLD to engage with customers/clients monthly.
