What you do As Regional Account Manager - Multinationals (MNC), based in Sydney and reporting to the Regional Director - Multinationals (MNC), you will be responsible for the overall strategic management and servicing of a portfolio of local and regional Multinational Clients and their World Programs. In addition, you will play a key role in growing our portfolio, achieving our new business targets and ultimately, driving the success of our Multinational business.
In your role, you will:
Ensure the consistent implementation and management of World Programs through the effective coordination of MNC teams locally and overseas.Secure account renewals by balancing clients' needs in line with MNC business targets and objectives.Support local clients through the policy life cycle by providing exceptional customer service.Build and foster relationships and partnerships with new and existing brokers, partners, prospects, and clients.Identify and convert cross- and up-selling opportunities.Ensure we meet and maintain our business and regulatory standards and requirements.What you bring Your market-leading negotiation and influencing skills, your excellent communication and presentation skills, your well-developed collaboration skills, your strong relationship management and customer service skills, your expertise in trade credit insurance and your proven track record in generating new business opportunities and converting them into profitable long-term clients.
