We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Engineering Project Team on an initial 12-month contract with opportunity to extend for the right candidate.
Reporting into the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be essential to support the Project Manager and Engineering Lead by providing administrative and financial support for the Greenfield project.

Your responsibilities will include: Assist the project engineering team with cost management/reporting Create capital purchase orders in SAP Goods receipt invoices & capital purchase orders Provide reports & liaise with Finance when required on capital project updates and spend Update Project Capital Cost Trackers and ensure reconciled each month Filling all Purchase Orders, Invoices and other relevant information for audits or other reports as required.
Providing administrative support to the Project Contract/RFP admin/filing Project Documentation Admin (eg Teams etc) Minutes/Actions across SteerCo, PCG and Capital Works Group and Ops Integration Team Maintain the Scope Change Registers and IFR register Maintain the Risk Register Presentations/Comms including SteerCo monthly reporting presentation deck Coordinate project update comms within Bulla to various stakeholders Booking/managing meetings You will have: A high attention to detail – especially finance/costs in relation to spreadsheets Confident in IT and a variety of software packages & applications (e.g., SAP or similar ERP package, word, excel, PowerPoint, MS projects, pdf creator, etc.).
In particular, must have high capability in Excel Excellent time management skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines Excellent organisation skills Excellent customer service & teamwork skills Strong written & verbal communication skills (including project & report writing) Ability in problem identification & resolution skills High-level ability to maintain & respect confidentiality Experience with finance systems Experience in Project Admin / Management / Capital Cost Tracking Experience with Project/Capital Cost Reporting/Tracking Knowledge and/or experience in Asset Management (optional) Finance certificate, diploma or equivalent (optional) Project management certificate, diploma or equivalent (optional) Current Australian driver's license and roadworthy vehicle What we can offer you: A hybrid working model as standard, encompassing both flexible work from home arrangements and access to our Melbourne and regional sites A great cultural environment in a proud, Australian family-owned business A variety of benefits including a Short-Term Incentive Program, corporate clothing allowance, delicious take-home product and free on-site parking at all our sites This is a rare and exciting opportunity within a reputable family business.
