Dive into a role that's more than just a job. You will step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. You'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional retirement living property refurbishments as part of the Vacate 2 Occupy (V2O) unit turnover process. This includes a strong understanding of system and process changes that support improving our V2O turnover process and management of refurbishment spend and cash margins.
Your Impact: Planning and delivery of a portfolio of village unit refurbishment projects Commercial oversight of unit turnovers (RNRI spend and cash margin) Lead maintenance and enhancements of system and processes in the refurbishment process The position may also involve contribution to development and village renewal projects as required. Strong relationship building, influencing, and collaboration skills are essential to this position. What we love about you: The ideal candidate will hold qualifications in: Project management; Business, property and/or asset management; Construction related activities such as building, engineering, architecture. Project and/or construction management experience with demonstrated and successful outcomes in the delivery of renovations and/or new construction projects. Experience managing clients, contractors, construction teams, and relevant consultants. Strong ability to lead, drive, and motivate stakeholders to achieve program milestones. Demonstrated commercial/financial acumen. Proven track record of achieving results through influencing and relationship management. Experience in contract preparation and management.
