We currently have a vacancy for highly skilled, experienced and safety focusedRefrigeration Technician to join our team in Warrnambool Victoria.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily plant freezer and cool room temperature checks Maintenance request breakdowns, diagnosis and repairs Preventative maintenance on plant and equipment Services on local dairy farms and associated refrigeration equipment Working with various departments and areas onsite Quick response to breakdowns with the ability to prioritise tasks Be part of a rotating on call roster and prepared to work overtime SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: You must be a qualified Refrigeration Technician and hold relevant licences (ARCtick licence, restricted licences) Experience in refrigeration systems freon as well as secondary coolants Good computer skills with experience using SCADA advantageous Must have the right to work in Australia You must pass a drug & alcohol test and be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical if required You have already had a Q Fever vaccination or are willing to participate in the vaccination process WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive remuneration - salary up to $135,000 pa + super Secure employment Exceptional career development Employee rewards program Employee assistance program As a family-owned company, The Midfield Group value the importance of work-life balance and strive to create an environment that supports both.
