About the role
Specialized Refrigeration Services is seeking multiple experienced Refrigeration Service Technicians to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland . As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems for our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on a variety of refrigeration equipment, including cold and freezer rooms, cabinet systems, glycol systems, ice machines and much more. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Install new refrigeration systems and components as per client requirements. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Rotating on-call roster, approximate 8-week rotation. What we're looking for Formal trade qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning and all associated licenses including restricted electrical, QBCC & Hydrocarbon work license. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely, efficiently and independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's licence, manual preferred but not essential. What we offer
