This is a permanent position and you will be working in an established team to install, repair and maintain refrigeration systems.ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this role include:Repairing and maintaining systemsTesting and balancing systemsAssembling and installing pipe work for refrigeration unitsMaintaining stock levels in work vehicleReplacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motorsInforming clients of repair costs and alternate cooling optionsReading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics as requiredRequirementsTo be successful for this role, you will have had a minimum of (3) years post trade experience, possess good communication skills, be honest, reliable, and have pride in your work. To be considered for this role, you will need:Trade Certification in Refrigeration & Air ConditioningExperience in maintaining commercial and industrial installation and maintenanceQLD Restricted Electrical LicenceValid Australian Drivers LicenceStrong technical problem-solving abilitiesQuality workmanship, excellent customer service and communication skillsA positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamAbility to prioritise work and meet deadlinesA commitment to excellent customer serviceThe work that Gibbs Air does is driven by the passion of their team and a commitment to quality work and excellence in customer service.
