About the role
AJ Baker & Sons Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team in Bunbury, Western Australia on a full-time basis.
As a Refrigeration Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring our clients' equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services on a scheduled basis Install a variety of refrigeration systems and ensure they're running at peak performance Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice Embrace training in innovative CO2 technology as part of your development Provide on-call support as required What we're looking for
Certificate III in refrigeration and air conditioning Minimum 3 years' experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectors Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including diagnostics and repair Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills Customer service orientation and the ability to liaise effectively with clients Commitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and procedures A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle What we offer
