About the roleAJ Baker & Sons Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team in Bunbury, Western Australia on a full-time basis. As a Refrigeration Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring our clients' equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systemsPerform preventative maintenance inspections and services on a scheduled basisInstall a variety of refrigeration systems and ensure they're running at peak performanceLiaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical adviceEmbrace training in innovative CO2 technology as part of your developmentProvide on-call support as requiredWhat we're looking for Certificate III in refrigeration and air conditioningMinimum 3 years' experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic, preferably within the commercial or industrial sectorsStrong technical knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including diagnostics and repairExcellent problem-solving and fault-finding skillsCustomer service orientation and the ability to liaise effectively with clientsCommitment to working safely and following all relevant regulations and proceduresA current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicleWhat we offerAt AJ Baker & Sons, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
