Job Description Duties include:
Performing installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, refrigeration maintenance, air conditioning & all electrical systems. This involves interpreting electrical code specifications, meeting safety codes, and working with vendors. Carrying out deep cleaning of all air conditioners & reefers on site. Responsible for all site maintenance and electrical inspections/repairs as instructed by the Client and/or FM Supervisor via work order system. Troubleshooting and testing electrical equipment. Reading and interpreting drawings and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations. Performing computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment. Troubleshooting faults in electrical systems. Maintaining safety standards of equipment and work area. Working with electrical contractors and outside vendors to obtain quotes and proposals for electrical work. Recommending supplies and equipment for purchase and maintaining the inventory of equipment and supplies. Completing and recording regular inspections and tagging of electrical equipment when requested. Maintaining equipment, including washing machines, kitchen equipment, and all other electrical equipment within the village grounds. Qualifications The following (current) prerequisite training requirements apply to this role:
Electrical Tradespersons License MSIC LV CPR BOSIET w/ CAEBS Police clearance Cert 3 In Air Conditioning and Refrigeration UEE32211 C class Driver's Licence You will be required to undertake and successfully complete a site-specific medical including drug & alcohol screening, induction, permit to work training, competent electrical person and isolating authority as per site access requirements.
