Reporting to your Field Operations Supervisor, you will work to maintain high standards across your stores, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Refrigeration/HVAC Technician, who is comfortable working autonomously to deliver timely outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will also have experience completing restricted electrical duties.
Your cluster will be based in West Gippsland.
Your key responsibilities will include: Take full responsibility for delivery of repairs and maintenance services, on multiple high-end state of the art refrigeration sites.Conduct frequent Planned Preventative Maintenance so that critical breakdown issues do not occur.Respond to reactive Refrigeration/HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner.Be an effective communicator and develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders.Work on a rotating on-call roster, 13 weeks per year.
During this on call period you will be required to attend call after hours call outs for catering and bakery equipment.To be considered for this role: Practical experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC in a supermarket environmentRefrigerant Handling Licence & Restricted Electrical LicenceCurrent Driver's LicenceExcellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Scissor/ Elevate Work Platform licence – highly regarded.An understanding of CO2 systems and refrigeration controls; Emerson, Danfoss and AlertonDual trade qualifications of both refrigeration and electrical will be highly regardedThe position requires the successful candidate to conduct a pre-employment medical and a police check*If you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
