ABOUT THE ROLE We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our Business Development Team based in the South of Perth Region.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Growth of referral base and engagement with local healthcare providers, including Doctors and Allied Health Professionals Relationship development and management of key stakeholders.
Increasing general brand awareness of Apex Radiology.
Collaboration and business management with internal stakeholders.
Management of client database.
ABOUT YOU Proven sales experience with an aptitude for business growth and delivery of services You are a confident presenter with a passion for delivery of education to promote services and their application - experience in cold calling and the ability to engage effectively and influence referrer groups While you enjoy working autonomously, you are active member in a supportive team of like-minded individuals.
Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunities Engaging professionally to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other sales events as required Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported.
An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential.
