Referral Coordinator - Maternity Leave Cover - Vrh

Job Description


We are looking for a Referral Coordinator to play a key role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with our referring veterinarians and key stakeholders for a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This position will serve as the primary point of contact between referring veterinarians and our specialist departments, ensuring seamless and efficient service for both our clients and referral partners.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised service, ensuring that our referring vets receive an exceptional experience reflective of our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for referring veterinarians during business hoursBuild and maintain strong relationships with referring vets and key stakeholders, including regular offsite visitsManage specialty department referral bookings and enquiriesOversee the scheduling of specialty appointments, working closely with the VRH Client Services TeamEfficiently manage the debt collection process while fostering positive client relationshipsProfessionally handle and resolve client concerns, ensuring a positive experienceCreate and distribute the bi-monthly VRH VIP Newsletter to referring veterinariansOversee the ordering and delivery of VRH merchandise to referring veterinarians as needed
