About the role
The School of Law is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Administration Officer.
We are dedicated to excellence and innovation in teaching, research, and community engagement, with a strong focus on Public and Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Social Justice issues.
Our leading clinical program, the WSU Justice Clinic, is central to our mission.
The Administration Officer will provide high-level administrative support to the WSU Justice Clinic, reporting directly to the Director & Principal Solicitor.
This role is pivotal as the central point of contact for clients, partners, colleagues, and students involved in the Clinic's programs.
You will collaborate with professional and academic staff across various schools and units, contributing to engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating and administering all aspects of experiential learning subjects.
Providing extensive administrative support and coordination for placements and internships.
Managing records and liaising with students and host organisations.
Building and managing internal and external relationships to support the growth of the experiential learning program.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 5 $58,198 to $65,816 p.a.
(comprising Salary of $49,178 to $55,615 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
Note - the above salary range is 0.6 FTE of the full-time equivalent rate.
