The Opportunity
As the Associate Director, Safety and Campus Delivery, you'll be at the helm of a dedicated team that ensures our campuses are safe, secure, and perfectly primed for learning, teaching, and research.
You'll lead the safety, security, and facilities management teams, ensuring service excellence and fostering a positive, inclusive campus environment.
With a strong focus on collaboration, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the University and beyond, ensuring our on-campus experience aligns with our vision of excellence and community impact.
In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of critical day-to-day campus services, from managing facilities and addressing maintenance needs to ensuring contractors meet the highest standards.
You'll play a key leadership role, inspiring your team to innovate, grow, and consistently deliver beyond expectations.
With your ability to build strong relationships, you'll represent the University in discussions with external partners, stakeholders, and committees, contributing to initiatives that shape the future of our campuses.
