Job Description About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and passionate Pastry Chefs to join the team on our remote villages in Western Australia.
We'll need you to assist the kitchen team in preparing and baking a variety of desserts and sweet goods for the various meals and functions that happen at the village during your swing.
This is a FIFO position departing from Perth working a 2:1 roster.

where applicable About You
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate 2+ years post trade commercial cooking experience in a pastry role Have a love for desserts, baking and pastry with a strong ability to be creative Experience cooking in batch/bulk for large groups with standards focused on quality and attention to detail Experience working with a large and diverse team of chefs and kitchenhands.
Knowledge of HACCP principles.
