Full Time Position: Summer's Monday - Thursday 7am - 530pm. Winter's Monday - Friday 8am - 430pmCompany Vehicle: Comes with Gas AllowanceWage $35/Hr - $45/Hr: Negotiated, based on Experience Job Responsibilities:
Install Sunrooms, Solariums, Patio Covers, etc. to Residential BuildingsInstall Glass Glazing to Walls and Roof SystemsInstall Doors, Windows, Hardware/Locks, etc.Follow Blueprints, Building Plans, Engineering SpeculationsAdhere to City Inspections and RegulationsMeasuring, Cutting and Installing Wood and Aluminium MaterialsConstruct Building Frameworks such as Footings, Support Beams, Floor Joists, Door Frames, etc.Inspect and Replace Damaged Framework or StructuresInstruct and Direct a Team of Labourers, Apprentice/Assistant Carpenters or other Trade HelpersProvide Training/Assistance to Carpenter Apprentices and AssistantsComplete Work Orders in a Timely MannerProvide Verbal RecommendationsPerform all Work Duties in a Safe Manner and Follow Safety Procedures/ProtocolsPerform Duties Assigned by General Manager or Project ManagerComplete all Work in a Timely Manner with Efficiency and AccuracyProvide Daily Updates/Communication to General Manager/Project ManagerUse Buildertrend Effectively for Communication, Job Specifics and for Time Clock.
