The Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the accounting sector, particularly in senior accounting roles. This Brisbane-based position will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on recruiting for senior accounting roles across multiple industries.Oversee the entire 360° recruitment process, from initial client engagement and role briefings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer management.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship management.Why You Should Apply:
