We are presently recruiting for an Operations Manager for one of our clients, a hardware supplies company based in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hardware supplies company, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with various departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hardware supplies industry or a related field. Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
