Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Engineering)Full timeKey Function: Lead and supervise production team through switchboard manufacturing process (Bespoke, modular LV Switchboards) to meet high quality standards, agreed set time-lines and within budget. Be a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, management, production and support teams.Your responsibilities will include:Lead team to meet project deliverablesMaterials planning / management to ensure optimum workshop efficienciesPlan day to day activities for the electrical manufacturing teamTracking, WIP and status reportingWork closely with Operations Manager communicating potential issues / delaysSkills and experience required to be successful in this role:Electricians (specifically with switchboard manufacturing experience) seeking progression into supervisory / management roles can be consideredThere is also potential that a seasoned Supervisor with experience in commercial contracting, who would be interested in a technical change to switchboard manufacturing, could also be consideredExperienced in reading schematic drawingsExperienced in control wiring preferredMS Project experience preferredExcellent communication skillsExcellent time management capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracyAdaptable and flexible approach to work - a can do attitudeTo apply for this position please select the Apply Now button and forward your resume in MS Word format only.
