About the Role As part of our Professional Services team, you'll take ownership of a 360-recruitment desk, managing every stage of the process from business development to candidate placement.
Key Responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment duties, including client acquisition and management Recruiting for Admin, Tech, and Professional contractors Drafting and publishing engaging job advertisements Conducting phone screenings and face-to-face interviews Building strong relationships with candidates, clients, and the existing workforce Conducting site visits to enhance client partnerships and support our people With an existing client base to work from, you'll also have the opportunity to leverage your commercial acumen to drive new business growth.
What you need to succeed: A positive, can-do attitude Experience in 360 recruitment (highly desirable) White collar recruitment experience (preferred but not essential) General knowledge of white collar occupations Tech-savviness, including CRM experience Strong administration skills and a professional phone manner Passion for building relationships and developing rapport A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service Excellent communication skills with mid-to-senior-level professionals New to recruitment?
