Project Manager (Switchboard Manufacturing) Key Function: Reporting to the Division Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of client switchboard orders (Bespoke, modular, LV switchboards). You will be experienced in identifying project risk and implementation of mitigation strategies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of delivery programs for allocated projects Liaising with design and production teams to ensure agreed programs are met Tracking and management of allocated projects to meet agreed time and financial targets Liaising with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of project materials Oversee project administration, including variation processing Reporting duties Client management/updating duties Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
Previous experience in electrical switchboard production/manufacturing ideally as a Project Manager or Supervisor Supervisors and Project Managers, who have experience in the commercial contracting side of the electrical industry who are interested in moving into the switchboard manufacturing side, are also encouraged to apply Electrical trade background or Electrical Engineering degree essential Project Management qualification desirable MS Project experience preferred Excellent communication skills and a true team player Excellent planning and time management capabilities with high attention to detail and accuracy Adaptable and flexible approach to work - a can-do attitude To apply for this position, please select the Apply Now button and forward your resume in MS Word format only.
