Working for a well-established and award-winning electrical company, this HSEQ management role will see you develop, implement, and maintain all HSEQ policies and procedures, as well as monitor compliance with all necessary statutory, regulatory, and standard requirements.
Responsibilities: Lead the HSEQ company strategy including advising management and the Board on all HSEQ issues and planningManage workers compensationManage audits (including site audits) and Health and Safety plansProvide training and information on all HSQE matters to new and existing employeesWork closely with the State General Manager to continually improve HSEQ related business practices Essential skills and experience required: Previous experience gained in HSEQ to managerial level, specifically gained within the electrical industryOur client may also be able to consider a highly experienced HSE/HSEQ Coordinator/Advisor with exposure across Tier One and Tier Two commercial construction electrical projects, who is now ready to progress into a managerial positionQualified to Diploma level or above in HSE/HSEQ/WHS/OH&SCert IV Workplace Training and Assessment qualifiedWorkers' compensation scheme qualifications and experienceReturn to Work Coordinator qualifications and experienceConstruction Industry White CardLead Auditor / Internal Auditor qualifiedIncident Investigation (ICAM) qualifications and experienceHSEQ management systems implementation and experience
