Recycling Supervisor

RECYCLING SUPERVISORWe are currently seeking a Supervisor to oversee the safe, reliable, and effective operation of the Somerton and Bayswater Recycled Asphalt Product (RAP) Facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting internal production quality and supply requirements, as well as identifying and pre-emptively managing various issues associated with recycling asphalt, including staff rostering, customer service, material handling, maintenance, and other supply-related issues.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential improvements in RAP process and work with broader team to overcome or improve.Complete various Zero Harm inspection tasks as outlined on the ZH Activity Tracker.Enhance overall percentage of repurposed material utilised.Prepare and submit data to support reporting commitments and compliance requirements.Conduct plant inspections and work with Maintenance team to identify, schedule, and complete maintenance tasks including calibrations and servicing.Support team in response to non-standard conditions (breakdown, defect, staff issue, etc.)
