Job Description As a 'Looper' at TOMRA, you will be working amongst a team of people, who are very passionate about doing good for the environment and our community. Our Recycling Centre Attendants are the champions for the Containers for Change Scheme and play an important role in ensuring that our customers return to our recycling centres time and time again. They achieve this by ensuring our customers have a great experience when visiting our centres by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the recycling centre is clean and tidy and ensuring our machines and sorting equipment are running as intended. Our Recycling Centre Attendants also play a large role in boosting the TOMRA brand and are the face of TOMRA here in Australia.

What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers have a great experience
Ensuring the recycling centre is well presented by maintaining a safe, clean, efficient and professional environment for team members and TOMRA customers
-Carryout regular cleaning and maintenance of our reverse vending machines and sorting equipment
-Ensuring the sorting equipment is running efficiently by removing and replacing collection bins as they fill up
-Monitoring the recycling centre for any hazards and reporting concerns as they arise
-Ad-hoc duties as required by management
Qualifications To be a successful Recycling Centre Attendant you will
-Have a passion for recycling and the environment
-Have a keen eye for detail and a motivation to maintain a clean work environment
-Be a safety champion, everyone deserves to return home safely!
-Have experience in face-to-face customer service
-Be physically fit, some manual lifting will be required
