About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager at our Fountain Gate store, we are recruiting for team members/storepeople to join our recycling and production (warehouse) team. A typical day might include:
Providing support to the production team Keeping sellable and recyclable item out of landfill Replenishment of hangers and stationery for each work station Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets Supporting our safety culture Unloading trucks Operating industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters and walkie stackers Meeting and engaging with our wonderful customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story with them to ensure they receive excellent service and have a meaningful Savers experience About You To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:
Availability for part-time hours – Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality Celebrate uniqueness – we are made up of people from many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, all with something special to contribute.
