About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager at our Brunswick store, we are recruiting for team members/storepeople to join our recycling and production (warehouse) team. A typical day might include:
Providing support to the production team Keeping sellable and recyclable items out of landfill Replenishment of hangers and stationery for each work station Working with your team to meet daily production targets Supporting our safety culture Unloading trucks and operating industrial equipment including balers, bin lifters, and walkie stackers Engaging with customers and donors, sharing the Savers story to ensure they receive excellent service About You To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:
Availability for part-time hours, Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 3.30pm A team player – you love working in a team and enjoy helping others meet team goals Experience in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality Celebrate uniqueness – we are made up of people from many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives Impact driven – you want to make an impact on your team and your community Customer focused – you are passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction Eager to learn – you are always looking to improve Do the right thing – you are passionate about standing up for what's right We are a team of thrifters, always searching for unique items.
